Happening of the day.
My family and I went for dinner today, and wanted to get my new handphone after that...
So we went to the M1 shop at Ginza Plaza,
and I picked the white phone Sony Ericsson K850i, I think.
Then my father did procedures with the saleslady.
Her service was real bad, she didn't teach us how to operate the phone, and she only answered our questions when we asked them. You tell me, shouldn't it be the other way round whereby she should be the one telling us what to do?
Okay never mind.
Just when we finished our procedues and happily hopped onto our car after our purchase, the salesperson called us.
Why?
Because she forgot to record down the code or something and didn't let us sign one document. She called us to go back to sign the documents because she has our records.
And hello, we're already on our car. You expect us to go back? And it's your fault NOT BEING ABLE TO COMPLETE THE PROCEDURES PROPERLY. And what's with your attitude?
So my father told her "You want to pay us taxi fare?"
And she said, "Ok, then I'll come to your house..."
She didn't complete the procedures properly so it's her fault right? So what right does she has to ask us to go back?
Okay, so after two hours, she came.
Now it becomes OUR FAMILY IS CHEATING M1, like what the hell!
Because the salesgirl FORGOT to send the approval thingy to M1.
Whose fault is it intially?
She let us talk to her manager of M1, who talked to my father with a $%^&*()_+: attitude. I could hear my father being interrupted so many times on the phone. Are you respecting your customer? Is this how you treat your customer? The manager thought we're cheating them ah.
AND YOU'RE A MANAGER HELLO.
Don't you know the customer is always right?
And hello, it's your employee NOT DOING THE PROCEDURES PROPERLY AND GAVE US THE BUAY SONG ATTITUDE lor.
So my father just told the manager on the phone that he doesn't want to talk to him because of his attitude and simply hang up the phone.
The saleslady outside said what "report police because of blah blah blah" and requested that they refund us the money and we go other M1 shop and buy. Is that fair? And we used our $150 voucher to buy YOUR PHONE, and it so happen that the voucher's last day is TODAY.
Please lah, report police for what? It's your fault leh, you have the cheek to tell us that? How outrageous.
Then my father slammed the door on her face even though she's with her kid outside our door. And my parents told them to bring it on be it report police or whatsoever because it's just so crazy. And hopefully M1 reputation goes down, boo!
Because of one damned handphone.
You tell me, after your purchase of something? Will you go back if the salesperson didn't do the procedures properly and you're already on your way back? No right! So who's the one being insane here?
And of course we didn't care we didn't return the phone.
I asked my parents will they complain they say they won't because M1 already made a loss.
Wah, I think if I was older or what, I already complaint to the customer service liao, so infuriating!
