Hey,
I LOVE SATURDAYS.
I just slept for two and a half day worth of sleep (around 12-13 hours).
This week was (as usual) busy.
Busy with coursework part B for F&N. Busy with handling assignments up the next day, busy with practising up piano, don't even have the slighest time for revising, don't even have time to watch my precious japanese dramas!
But I have time to get online *bleah* (Oh and I forgot, I managed to squeeze time for "My Boss My Hero" because that drama never fails to make me laugh)
Just now I watched Dandori Dance Drill, and I absoloutely love UVERworld's Shamrock. I don't think UVERworld is totally rock. More to pop rock I think. But they're good. However, the drama is of average type or slightly better due to "next-big-thing-model-turned-actress" Eikura Nana & Kato Rosa. But I still prefer Nana's image in SEVENTEEN magazine haha.
CHUUU!

Anyway, yesterday Cassie and I went to watched RGS's Dance Night over at the Victoria's theatre. I don't even know why I went, but surprisingly I enjoyed it. Now I can understand why they got Gold for SYF, and our school dances mostly get bronze or the pathetic COP (Certificate of Pariticipation).
Cassie's friend, Zhen Ning was one of the main dancers during their dance night and she's only Secondary 3 and she manages to cheoreograph dances, which is of better than our school standard even our school has "professional instructors". And she's damn smart (remember she's in RGS? Cassie says she wants to study medicine in the future and she takes up latin dances with Cassie during weekends too).
From what I heard, the RGS girls practised after school to the night, everyday! And our school people are already complaining their practices are too long even though their practices are like 3 hours or a little bit more for a week! And RGS! (How do they maintain their brains if they practise so much??)
I like their school's selection of music for each dance item as well as their costumes. Mind me saying, our school should spend more effort in choosing better music for their dance, and more budget on buying costumes instead of recycling costumes. RGS girls are very united, totally different from what I initially thought them as "arrogant geeks". Their dances are co-ordinated too :)
If they spent so much time, effort, money to get a SYF Gold, now I can understand why our school didn't manage to get a Gold. I'm wondering if dances do give our certificates of "Gold with HONOURS". If there is, I will be like "wow-ing" for them.
Anyway, before that Cassie and I kinda get lost getting to the Victoria theatre because we don't know how to walk to Victoria theatre. So after hanging over at Marina Square, we were frantically searching for directions.
While walking there, Cassie and I were looking at all the tall buildings around us. All the banks, OUB, Citibank, OCBC and a Singtel building. (Kinda reminds me of Sapuri due to the office lady craze) And we were saying how we've never seen this part of Singapore before and we all agreed "This is like soooo-Singapore". I like the scenery, though, plus the sky was pinkish-blue (what Miki told me as "Magic-hour")
After the performance, it was like 10pm++ already. We wanted to eat Mac over at Funan, but everywhere was closed. We planned to go King Albert Park's one but Cassie was like drowned when we took the bus home. (Because she's so sleepy and when she sleeps, she bangs everywhere at the bus) So we cancelled that, ha.
